Pripremni Zoom sastanci u okviru treninga za program kucnih poseta / Preparatory Zoom meetings as a part of the Home Visiting Program training
Forum za Razvoj i Multietnicku saradnju, partnerska organizacija UNICEF-a, organizovala je dva pripremna sastanka putem Zoom aplikacije, za obuku trenera, poznatiju kao ToT, tokom poslednje dve nedelje. Ovaj trening je deo projekta “Razvojni kapaciteti lokalnih zdravstvenih institucija za program kucnih poseta”, koji se implementira od Maja meseca ove godine, od strane FDMC-a, a podrzan je od strane UNICEF-a/Vlade Luksemburga. Na ovim sastancima, diskusija je bila jako zanimljiva i interaktivna izmedju trenera i patronaznih sestara/ucesnika predstojeceg treninga koji ce biti odrzan u toku naredne nedelje. Teme ovih pripremnih sastanka bili su sledeci moduli: “Rano detinjstvo – Razdoblje neogranicenih mogucnosti”, “Zaljubljivanje – Podsticanje afektivne vezanosti”, “Partnerstvo u podsticajnom roditeljstvu – Angazovanje oceva”. Sa konstruktivnim povratnim informacijama, ucesnici su bili veoma zadovoljni predavanjima i obradjenim temama, dobili su puno korisnih saveta, informacija i primera iz prakse, dok im je dodatna edukacija potrebna i uvek dobrodosla, kao i razvijanje komunikacijskih vestina u pružanju kvalitetnih usluga.
Forum for Development and Multiethnic Collaboration, UNICEF’s partner organization, has organized two preparatory Zoom meetings for the Training of Trainers (ToT) during last two weeks. This training is a part of the project “Development capacities of the local health institutions for the Home visiting Programme”, which is being implemented since May, this year, by FDMC, and is supported by UNICEF/Luxembourg Aid and Development. During both meetings a fruitful and interactive discussion was delivered between trainers and nurses/participants on the upcoming training which will be held next week. Topics that were covered by preparatory meetings were following modules: “Early childhood – Time of endless opportunities“, „Encouraging the affective connection between parents and children“, “Partnership in incentive parenting – Father Engagement”. Constructive feedback has been received from the participants that were very satisfied with the lectures since they got a lot of useful advices and important information and good examples that additional education and communication skills are needed and always welcomed in delivering quality services.
